At Amerifleet we take pride in a tradition of caring service for our customers. we take it one step further and extend our caring and loyality to the community. Each year, Amerifleet hosts events and helps drive donations for many different charities.
Donations
HELP: Every year Amerifleet hosts a golf tourament to raise money. Established in 2006, the event raises funds to support the Special Olympics of GA. The all day tournament consists of a golf scramble,contests , a raffle and an awards dinner.
RESULT: We are a fan of the special Olympics of GA. Last year, we raised over $10,000 at the 4th Annual Amerifleet Golf Tournament. Our total is approximately $70,000.
NEED: Toy Donations at Christmas time
HELP: Christmas time can be especially hard for families with small children who are in need. Each year, the corporate office in Alpharetta, GA places 6 Toys fro Tota boxes around the office for donations. And like magic unwrapped toys begin to appear.
RESULT : Amerifleet employees shined with Christmas spirit in 2010. All boxes were completely filled with toys.
NEED: Clothing in Afghanistan
HELP: An employee recived an email from a serviceman stationed in Afghanistan requesting help for the local childern. Many children do not have shoes or coats to keep themselves warm. They were alos in need of pens to complete schoolwork.
RESULT: AmeriFleet offices across the nation sent in donations to Alpharetta, GA for shipment. Many pens,coats,socks,scarves and pairs of shoes were collected. We sent over 100 boxes in donations from the Amerifleet family.
